As a follow up to my earlier post, this is what the garlic from our CSA (Little Grasse Foodworks) looks like all peeled and ready to hang:

You hang it in a space with good air flow but little light for 2 weeks, then store in a cool, dry place in paper bags and they last all year! Take that, crappy Price Chopper garlic.
